Plan a trip contest, only with a twist that will make everyone what to achieve your set goals.

First plan your sales goal and the increased profit the goal will achieve. A percentage of that profit is you trip budget.

Send a package with tropical accessories, sun glasses , sun tan oil, leis, etc. to your sales person’s home address with a description of the sales contest. Now you have the spouse or significant other involved to help motivate your sales person even further. Send these packs of different tropical themed items at regular intervals to the home.

When the goal is achieved, present everyone who made it possible with a tropical shirt TS5500 and a mock up of the trip tickets. Celebrate with tropical desserts served on tropical tableware (south Pacific package in catalog) and coconut cups or even have a tropical island serving hut.
